The six units in the church building include one or two bedrooms and loft, and range in size from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet.  Four units are constructed on the current first and second floors, and two units are constructed in the day-light basement.  Units use the original entrances on the front and back of the building to provide three common lobbies.  Dedicated parking is provided across the street on the former church parking lot.


The exterior stone walls of the church building have been preserved.  Windows were selectively replaced and/or enlarged as necessary to provide sufficient natural light, energy efficiency and/or egress.  The majority of the window openings on the main floor remain substantively the same to retain the character of the original building.  Four lofts are provided for ground-floor units, with windows modified to provide egress where required.  Existing window wells in the garden (basement) units have been excavated to construct below-grade patios with walk-outs.
